Flexible duct FLEXO DUCT STANDARD
Flexible ducts are designed for air distribution in ventilation and air conditioning systems. Small size, proper design and high mechanical resistance make the ducts extremely resistant to crushing and make it possible to lay them in the ceiling or floor. The interior of the wires is covered with an antibacterial and antifungal coating, thanks to which the system is resistant to the formation of fungi, mold or other adverse factors. Thanks to its antistatic properties, the interior is resistant to dirt and dust.

FLEXO DUCT Antibacterial Flexible Duct
HAVACO FLEXO DUCT flexible ducts are designed for air distribution in ventilation and heat recovery systems. These ducts are highly flexible, allowing for easy shaping, bending at very small radii, and adaptation to installation conditions without the need for additional connectors or fittings. The duct’s structure ensures mechanical resistance to compression above 500N, which makes it possible to embed them in structural concrete during construction works.
The duct features a double-layer structure with partially closed air cavities that significantly reduce noise generated by the airflow and provide thermal insulation. The inner layer has an antibacterial coating containing silver at a concentration of 50 ppm within the polymer matrix, preventing migration, ionization, and elution processes. The use of silver ensures long-lasting antibacterial performance regardless of air temperature or humidity and prevents bacteria from developing resistance mechanisms.
The inner layer is also antistatic, which limits the accumulation and settling of dust inside the ducts. The smooth internal surface allows for high airflow with minimal pressure loss, contributing to the system’s overall energy efficiency. It also facilitates cleaning of the ducts, if needed.
